Through ReinsOfFire Barefoot Hoofcare, I believe in allowing your horse to have a voice. I strive to have the full perspective taken into consideration when tending to your beloved friend whether it be nutrition, body compensation, trauma, or other underlying components that may be contributing to certain wear patterns and behaviors. I am just a piece of the whole puzzle to figuring out how to help your best friend be their best self!

Happy feet are made through diet, environment, movement, and balanced trimming as part of the whole-horse approach.

My story

Ever since I was little I’ve been obsessed with horses! I originally moved to Kentucky for college. I ended up meeting my personal horse “HisReinsOfFire” aka Reins on the track as his groom. Little did I know that my own struggles in finding help with his feet is what started my journey to where I am today. He has helped shape my life and my dreams. From the very first moment I met him I knew he was special. He has been my light amongst the darkness, and I hope to carry that on and share that light with my clients. I continue my education on a regular basis throughout the year because every horse is different, and there is ALWAYS something to learn.
